Registration Information for Families New to District 44

We are excited to work with you on completing the registration process. You may visit any District 44 school to collect a registration packet, which are located outside the school in a clearly labeled bin.


Registration for families officially opens on July 6, 2020. Starting on this date, once you have completed the packet, please contact the following individuals to schedule an appointment in order to turn in the completed packet and other required documentation:



You will receive an e-mail/ call  back within 24 hours indicating when you may come to Madison School, 150 W. Madison, to meet with Mrs. Clark or Mrs. Donovan in order to complete the registration process. They will also share with you what documentation you need to bring. 


In addition, for any family needing in-person assistance, including access to a device, we will offer this from 4-8 pm on July 14-16 at Madison school, 150 W. Madison. You will need to schedule an appointment to come in during these hours by emailing Mrs. Clark or Mrs. Donovan.
