SCHOOL DISTRICT 44 BOARD MEMBER TENDERS RESIGNATION James Robinette of the Lombard Elementary School District 44 Board of Education announced his resignation effective January 1, 2018, citing family and furthering his education. To fill his seat, the Board of Education is seeking applicants from the Lombard School District 44 community. Interested residents can apply for the position by completing a candidate application form, available at the District 44 Central Office, 150 W. Madison, Lombard Illinois, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All applications must be returned by 4 p.m. January 5, 2018. The term of the appointed Board member will run until the April 2019 election. For more information, please call the district offices at (630) 827-4400.
